Basketball Game Preview: Richards Bulldogs vs. Hancock Eagles

Having just played yesterday, the Richards Bulldogs will head out on the road to face off against the Hancock Eagles at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Richards is coming into the contest on a five-game losing streak.

On Monday, Richards was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 52-46 to Thornwood. That's two games in a row now that the Bulldogs have lost by exactly six points.

Meanwhile, Hancock took a blow against Dunbar back in December of 2024, falling 85-51.

Richards will have to contain Miguel Chaidez as he made an impact in Hancock's last game. He posted 15 points and five rebounds. Another player making a difference was Marcos Cervantes, who had ten points.

Richards' defeat dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Hancock, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost nine of their last ten matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-13 record this season.
