Pueblo Central's game on Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the La Veta Redhawks. For the Wildcats, this counts as revenge for the 3-0 win the Redhawks walked away with the last time they faced one another back in October of 2024.

Pueblo Central was dominant in they sets they won, taking each by at least ten points. The final score came out to 25-15, 25-10, 24-26, 25-15.

Pueblo Central's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Melany Decasas Falcon, who had four digs and four aces. Those four aces gave Decasas Falcon a new career-high.
