Nuview Bridge extended their winning streak to seven on Saturday, bumping their season record up to 18-10 in the process. They beat the Mountain View Vikings by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 3-2. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-2 on Friday.

Nuview Bridge's victory was truly a team effort as seven different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Tobias Olague, who went 2-for-3 with one run.

As for Mountain View, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 15-13. That's two games in a row now that they have lost by just one run.

On Mountain View's side, ALEX MORENO spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered three runs (all of which were unearned) on five hits and racked up six Ks. MORENO has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in four consecutive appearances.

Coming up, Nuview Bridge will square off against Port of Los Angeles at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Polar Bears will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something the Knights surely won't give up without a fight. As for Mountain View, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 6-3 loss against Pioneer on the 3rd.
