Softball Recap: Murdock Takes a Loss

Murdock was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Tahanto Regional Stags, falling 12-2. If the Blue Devils were looking for revenge after losing 8-2 to the Stags when the teams met back in May of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Murdock's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Tahanto Regional, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Coming up, Murdock will look to defend their home field on Thursday against Montachusett RVT at 3:30 p.m. As for Tahanto Regional, they will challenge West Boylston at 3:30 p.m. on the 28th.
