Softball Recap: Bristol's Undefeated Season over After Six Games

The Bristol Warriors didn't have quite enough to beat the Marple Newtown Fightin' Tigers on Tuesday and fell 3-1. The contest marked the Warriors' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Bristol saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Amirah Bell, who scored a run while going 2-for-3. Bella Nieves also deserves some recognition as she got her first hit of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Bristol fell to 5-1. As for Marple Newtown, the win keeps they at an undefeated 9-0.

Looking ahead, Bristol will be playing at home against The Christian Academy at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Marple Newtown, they will head out to take on Conestoga at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
