Volleyball Recap: Rangely Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Rangely came into their game on Saturday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Coal Ridge Titans, falling 3-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Panthers in their meetings with the Titans: they've now lost three in a row.

While Rangely was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Coal Ridge's winning margin in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-20, 27-24.

Rangely's loss dropped their record down to 6-10. As for Coal Ridge, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season.

After both having extra time off, Rangely and Hayden will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Coal Ridge, they will take on Vail Mountain at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
