Soccer Game Preview: Lin-Wood vs. Profile

Lin-Wood is 0-8-2 against Profile since September of 2015 but things could change on Saturday. The Lumberjacks will host the Patriots at 8:00 p.m. Profile took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Lin-Wood, who comes in off a win.

Lin-Wood is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. They never let Pittsburg get on the board and left with a 14-0 win on Thursday. Considering Lin-Wood have won nine matches by more than two goals this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, while it was all tied up 0-0 at halftime, Profile was not quite Woodsville's equal in the second half on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Engineers by a score of 1-0. Profile have struggled against Woodsville recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

Lin-Wood's victory bumped their record up to 12-15-3. As for Profile, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-8-2.
