Volleyball Recap: Tri-Valley Comes Up Short

Tri-Valley lost against Cissna Park back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Vikings took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Timberwolves. The Vikings have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-15.

Kinley Morris paced Tri-Valley's offense, picking up five kills. Morris got some help from Blythe Burk and her 11 assists.

Tri-Valley now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Cissna Park, they pushed their record up to 5-0 with the victory, which was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Coming up, Tri-Valley will take on Ridgeview at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. This will be the Vikings' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Cissna Park, they will head out to square off against Beecher at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
