Jasper is a perfect 10-0 against Liberal since September of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Eagles will venture away from home to square off against the Bulldogs at 5:30 p.m. Jasper is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last three games.

While Jasper's victory against Liberal wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Eagles narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Bulldogs 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Eagles have posted since October 12, 2024.

Jasper had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first two sets, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 15-25, 14-25, 25-18, 25-21, 15-13.

Despite the loss, Liberal saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Braylen Frieden had 20 digs and one assist. Frieden is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last nine games she's played.

Jasper's record now sits at 15-13-3. As for Liberal, their record is now 15-8.
