Baseball Recap: Mena Gets the Win

After losing to Murfreesboro the last time they met, Mena decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. Mena came out on top against Murfreesboro by a score of 8-3 on Thursday.

Mena's win bumped their record up to 6-4. As for Murfreesboro, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-4.

Coincidentally, Mena and Murfreesboro will both be playing Ouachita the next time they take the field. Mena will host Ouachita at 3:00 p.m. on Friday, while Murfreesboro will play them later in the day, at 5:30 p.m.
