Rio Rancho is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They breezed by Atrisco Heritage Academy to the tune of 77-22 on Thursday. The Rams have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five matches by 21 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, after a string of three wins, Eldorado's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They were dealt a 55-18 defeat at the hands of Albuquerque. The game marked the Golden Eagles' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Rio Rancho's victory was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 7-2. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.1 points per game. As for Eldorado, their loss dropped their record down to 3-3.
