Basketball Recap: Cedar Creek Has No Trouble Against West Ouachita

Cedar Creek won the last time they faced West Ouachita and things went their way on Saturday too. The Cedar Creek Cougars strolled past the West Ouachita Chiefs with points to spare, taking the game 64-50.

Cedar Creek's win bumped their record up to 6-2. As for West Ouachita, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-3.

Cedar Creek will take on Quitman in a holiday battle at at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. West Ouachita and Downsville will compete for holiday cheer at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Downsville has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
