After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Bluff Dale, Evant was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 win over Three Way. The Elks haven't had any issues with Three Way recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day Evant got the one that really mattered. The final score came out to 25-19, 17-25, 25-22, 24-26, 15-11.

Evant's win bumped their record up to 4-16. As for Three Way, they are on a 21-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Looking ahead, Evant will challenge Rochelle at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Three Way, they have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Dublin on the 11th.
