Volleyball Recap: Lauralton Hall Takes a Loss

Lauralton Hall was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Sacred Heart Academy Sharks, falling 3-0. The Crusaders were not able to make up for their loss to the Sharks from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Lauralton Hall took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-15, 25-20.

Lauralton Hall's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Sacred Heart Academy, they pushed their record up to 6-0 with the victory, which was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Lauralton Hall is set to face off against their familiar foe Branford at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Sacred Heart Academy will square off against rival Shelton at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
