Soccer Recap: Boiling Springs Takes a Loss

After soaring to seven goals the game before, Boiling Springs was a bit more limited in their matchup on Monday. They lost 9-1 to the Eastside Eagles. Boiling Springs were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 5-0.

Their goal came courtesy of Charley Kerr, who's now up to ten this season.

The defeat snapped Boiling Springs' winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 4-6 record. As for Eastside, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season.
