Softball Recap: Alma Center Lincoln Takes a Loss

If Alma Center Lincoln was riding high fresh off their 16-5 takedown of Owen-Withee last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Hornets came up short against Pepin/Alma on Friday, falling 15-1. The Hornets have struggled against Pepin/Alma recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost meeting.

Alma Center Lincoln's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Pepin/Alma, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-1.

Looking ahead, Alma Center Lincoln will head out to take on Blair-Taylor at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Pepin/Alma, they will square off against Spring Valley at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
