Gabby Celozzi Game Report: vs Newtown

Amity Regional was sadly handed a loss on Wednesday, but Gabby Celozzi did her best to prevent it. Celozzi turned in nothing short of a gem, striking out eight batters over eight innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off five hits.

Even though Celozzi couldn't lead Amity Regional over Newtown, she won't have to wait long to try again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
