Austin Royals HomeSchool came tearing into Friday's contest with five straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 11.8 points) and they left with even more momentum. They took down the Nixon-Smiley Mustangs 54-40.

Austin Royals HomeSchool's win bumped their record up to 12-8. As for Nixon-Smiley, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-6.
