Berean Christian has gone a perfect 5-0 against Benicia recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Eagles will head out on the road to face off against the Panthers at 6:30 p.m. Benicia took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Berean Christian, who comes in off a win.

Having struggled with four losses in a row, Berean Christian turned things around against Mt. Diablo on Thursday. They blew past the Red Devils 3-0.

Meanwhile, Benicia unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on April 4th. They fell just short of American Canyon by a score of 3-2. While the Panthers didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Wolves 25-19 in the first set.

Benicia wouldn't go down easily and took American Canyon into a fifth set but they suffered a heartbreaking seven-point loss. The match finished with set scores of 19-25, 25-20, 16-25, 25-17, 15-8.

Benicia's defeat dropped their record down to 8-11. As for Berean Christian, their win bumped their record up to 8-9.

Berean Christian took their victory against Benicia when the teams last played back in March by a conclusive 3-0 score. Will the Eagles repeat their success, or do the Panthers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
