Brewster took a ten-run defeat the last time they faced off against Okanogan, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Bears skirted past the Bulldogs 15-13. The victory was familiar territory for the Bears, who have now won three matches in a row.

The win got Brewster back to even at 3-3. As for Okanogan, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-4.

Coming up, Brewster will be playing in front of their home fans against Almira-Coulee-Hartline at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Bears' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Warriors have averaged an impressive 13 runs per game this season. As for Okanogan, they will head out on the road to challenge Bridgeport at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
