Roosevelt wins going away against Ballard

Make it eight blowout wins for the Roosevelt Roughriders this season. They were the clear victor by a 69-45 margin over Ballard. Given Roosevelt's advantage in MaxPreps' Washington basketball rankings (they are ranked 35th, while Ballard is ranked 97th), the result on Saturday wasn't entirely unexpected.
Jalen Dollar was the offensive standout of the match as he scored 24 points. Anthony Washington was another key contributor, scoring 16 points.
Roosevelt is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 15-3 record this season. As for Ballard, their defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 13-4.
Roosevelt will take on Lakeside at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Ballard, they will head out on the road to take on Lincoln at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Lincoln is coming into the game on a five-game losing streak.
