Basketball Game Preview: New Faith Christian Academy Titans vs. Northside Eagles

Having just played yesterday, the New Faith Christian Academy Titans will jump right back in to play the Northside Eagles at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

New Faith Christian Academy is probably headed into the matchup with a chip on their shoulder considering Meadowcreek just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Friday. They came up short against the Mustangs, falling 76-53. While losing is never fun, the Titans can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 235th, while the Mustangs are ranked 111th).

Meanwhile, after soaring to 63 points the game before, Northside was a bit more limited in their contest on Tuesday. The game between them and Tift County didn't end well, with Northside falling 46-28. The Eagles have struggled against the Blue Devils recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

Northside now has a losing record at 3-4. As for New Faith Christian Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-7.
