Soccer Recap: Cheltenham Takes a Loss

Cheltenham came into their game on Wednesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Springfield Township Spartans, falling 8-2. The defeat continues a trend for Cheltenham in their meetings with Springfield Township: they've now lost three in a row.

Cheltenham's loss dropped their record down to 6-13. As for Springfield Township, the victory (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 14-4-1.

As of now, neither Cheltenham nor the Spartans have any future games scheduled.
