Basketball Recap: Epiphany Comes Up Short

Epiphany won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune on Tuesday. They lost 63-40 to the Greenfield Knights. The Falcons were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Knights apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in January of 2024.

Epiphany's loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 6-11. As for Greenfield, the victory snapped their losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 6-10 record.

Epiphany is taking a road trip to square off against Wayne Country Day at 6:15 p.m. on Friday. Epiphany is facing Wayne Country Day at the right time seeing as Wayne Country Day is stuck on a 12-game losing streak. Greenfield has already played their next match (against Faith Christian), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
