Volleyball Recap: Youngker Find Success

Youngker's tournament run continued when they took on Alchesay on Saturday. The Roughriders walked away with a 2-0 win over the Falcons.

Sydney Moore paced Youngker's offense, picking up five kills. Moore got some help from Addielyn Angel and her seven assists. Angel also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Nadia Hannaman, racking up two apiece.

The victory got Youngker back to even at 5-5. As for Alchesay, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-5.

Youngker didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Pima on the 20th. As for Alchesay, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Round Valley on the 20th.
