Crockett came into Saturday's game having lost five straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They never let the Navarro Vikings get on the board and left with a 1-0 victory on Saturday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 1-0 back in February.

Crockett picked up their first road win, bumping their record up to 2-11. As for Navarro, their loss was their ninth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 0-17-2.

Crockett and Navarro could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Texas Rankings. Crockett will square off against Liberal Arts & Science Academy - Austin at 7:45 p.m. on Wednesday down 441 places (650 vs. 209). Crockett has given up an average of 4.6 goals per game this season, so hopefully the team got some defensive drills in this week. Meanwhile, Navarro (ranked 708th) will meet Anderson (ranked 101st) at 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
