Baseball Recap: Corinth Riverhawks vs. Hadley Luzerne Eagles
Corinth was the 9-3 winner over Hadley Luzerne when they last played one another back in April of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Corinth Riverhawks lost 14-7 to the Hadley Luzerne Eagles on Friday. Corinth has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Corinth saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Sam Tangora, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-2. Josh Colson was another key contributor, scoring a run while going 1-for-4.
Corinth's loss dropped their record down to 7-5. As for Hadley Luzerne, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 5-6 record this season.
