Basketball Recap: Indian Valley Takes a Loss

After flying high against Tuscarawas Valley on Friday, Indian Valley came back down to earth. The Indian Valley Braves fell just short of the Dover Crimson Tornadoes by a score of 43-41 on Saturday. The game marked the Braves' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Indian Valley's defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-3. As for Dover, their victory bumped their record up to 6-4.

Indian Valley and Dover should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Ohio Rankings. Indian Valley (ranked 59th) will meet Claymont (ranked 639th) at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Dover will square off against North at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday up 562 places (218 vs. 780).
