Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Clay City). They were the clear victors by a 26-0 margin over the Dugger Union Bulldogs on Thursday. Considering the Eels have won four matchups by more than five runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Clay City moved to 6-7 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak. As for Dugger Union, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-10-1 record this season.

Clay City has already played their next contest, a 10-1 victory against North Knox on the 17th. As for Dugger Union, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next match, a 12-2 loss against Evansville Bosse on the 17th.
