Softball Recap: Seymour Eagles vs. Knoxville Central Bobcats

After flying high against Fulton last Thursday, Seymour came back down to earth. The Seymour Eagles took a 12-7 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Knoxville Central Bobcats on Friday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Eagles of the 13-2 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in March of 2022.

Landry Terry made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and scored a run while going 2-for-4. Ella Rainbolt also deserves some recognition as she brought in her first RBI of the season.
