Football Game Preview: St. Charles West Warriors vs. Holt Indians + Official Tickets

The St. Charles West Warriors will head out on the road to square off against the Holt Indians at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. St. Charles West will be strutting in after a victory while Holt will be coming in after a defeat.

St. Charles West proved they can win big last Friday (they won by 34) and on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. In a tight contest that could have gone either way, they made off with a 21-20 win over Winfield.

Meanwhile, Holt unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Friday. They were beaten by St. Francis Borgia 34-7. The game marked the Indians' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Holt now has a losing record of 3-4. As for St. Charles West, their victory ended a four-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 3-4.

St. Charles West skirted past Holt 38-35 in their previous matchup back in October of 2024. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was the Indians' Ivan Dean, who threw for 380 yards and three TDs while picking up 12.3 yards per attempt, and also rushed for 50 yards and one touchdown. Now that he's got a second chance to win this matchup, will the Warriors still be able to contain Dean? There's only one way to find out.
