Grant had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Poly on Monday. The Lancers were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Parrots. The Lancers haven't had any issues with the Parrots recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-17, 25-11.

Grant's win bumped their record up to 18-4. As for Poly, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-12 record this season.

Grant will head out to face off against Sun Valley Magnet at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Poly, they will welcome Chavez at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
