Reavis is 8-2 against Bremen since December of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. The Reavis Rams will venture away from home to challenge the Bremen Braves at 6:00 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Reavis is headed into the game out to prove that what happened against Lemont on Tuesday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. Reavis came up short against Lemont, falling 61-40. The Rams were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 39-17.

Meanwhile, Bremen was not able to break out of their rough patch two weeks ago as the team picked up their tenth straight loss dating back to last season. They had to suffer through a 53-20 loss at the hands of Manteno. While losing is never fun, the Braves can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Illinois basketball rankings (they are ranked 653rd, while the Panthers are ranked 151st).

Reavis has traveled a rocky road recently having lost nine of their last ten matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-11 record this season. As for Bremen, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-9.

Reavis beat Bremen 42-31 in their previous meeting back in November of 2024. Will Reavis repeat their success, or does Bremen have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
