Lutheran had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 18.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They were the clear victors by a 21-6 margin over the San Marcos Academy Bears. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 26-3 on Saturday.

Lutheran now has a winning record of 3-2. As for San Marcos Academy, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-3.

Looking ahead, Lutheran will challenge New Braunfels Christian Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for San Marcos Academy, they will be playing at home against Holy Trinity Catholic at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The game will give the Bears their first taste of in-conference action this season.
