Trinity Valley has not had much luck with Fort Worth Country Day recently, as the team's come up short the last eight times they've met.
For Fort Worth Country Day's part, Emily Klein made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Klein was also big at the plate, getting on base in all four of her plate appearances with four RBI, two runs, and two doubles.
In other batting news, Ryleigh Hall was incredible, going 2-for-3 with three RBI, two runs, and a triple. Katie Bruce was another key contributor, getting on base in three of her four plate appearances with a home run and two runs.
