Softball Recap: Saint Viator Lions vs. St. Edward Green Wave

Saint Viator won the last time they faced St. Edward, and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Saint Viator Lions had just enough and edged the St. Edward Green Wave out 3-2. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Saint Viator.

Hannah Grossman made a splash no matter where she played. She tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Grossman was also big at the plate, going 3-for-3 with four RBI and a double.

In other pitching news, Gemma DelBoccio looked comfortable as she tossed an inning while giving up no earned run or hits (she also didn't allow any walks).

Back at the plate, Mia Lund was excellent, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while going 1-for-3.

On St. Edward's side, they saw one different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Taylor Dawson, who went 1-for-2 with an RBI.
