Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Caruthersville, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over Delta on Thursday.

Caruthersville walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). The final score came out to 25-14, 25-16, 25-19.

The victory got Caruthersville back to even at 4-4. As for Twin Rivers, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-4-1.

Twin Rivers beat Caruthersville 3-1 when the teams last played back in September of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Royals since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
