Meanwhile, West Noble lost 7-1 to Elkhart on Saturday. While losing is never fun, West Noble can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Indiana soccer rankings (they are ranked 97th, while Elkhart are ranked 14th).

West Noble's defeat dropped their record down to 10-4-1. Fort Wayne Bishop Luers' draw makes their record 9-4-2 this season.

Fort Wayne Bishop Luers beat West Noble 3-1 in their previous meeting back in October of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Knights since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
