Baseball Recap: Hinkley Takes a Loss

Thursday just wasn't the day for Hinkley's offense. They came up short against the Overland Trailblazers on Thursday, falling 20-0. The defeat leaves the Thunder still looking for their first win of the season.

Hinkley's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Overland, with the win, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 3-5.

Coming up, Hinkley will square off against Rangeview at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Rangeview will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Hinkley surely won't give up without a fight. As for Overland, they will challenge Denver South at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Overland's pitchers better be ready for this one: Denver South has averaged an impressive 10.5 runs per game this season.
