St. Catherine's piles up the points against Blessed Sacrament-Huguenot

Recap: St. Catherine's Saints vs. Blessed Sacrament-Huguenot Knights
The St. Catherine's Saints's game on December 8th was a tough loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They breezed by Blessed Sacrament-Huguenot on the road to the tune of 55-14. Given St. Catherine's advantage in MaxPreps' Virginia basketball rankings (they are ranked 110th, while Blessed Sacrament-Huguenot is ranked 310th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
St. Catherine's has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season. As for Blessed Sacrament-Huguenot, their loss dropped their record down to 3-6.
St. Catherine's will head out on the road to face off against Steward at 2:15 p.m. on January 5, 2024. Hopefully Steward focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 13 on Friday. Blessed Sacrament-Huguenot will be staying on the road on Saturday to face off against Matoaca at 9:00 a.m. on December 30th. Matoaca is coming into the contest on a three-game losing streak.
