Soccer Recap: Augusta Christian Takes a Loss

Augusta Christian lost against Greenbrier back in March of 2018, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Augusta Christian Lions came up short against the Greenbrier Wolfpack, falling 11-1. Things were pretty much settled by the half as the Lions were already down 6-1.

Augusta Christian's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Greenbrier, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Augusta Christian will venture away from home to take on Fox Creek at 5:30 p.m. on March 6th. As for Greenbrier, they are taking a road trip to square off against Lakeside at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Greenbrier is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 6.2 goals per game this season.
