Gunner Ferguson posted a new career-low in earned runs on Tuesday. As a matter of fact, he turned in his biggest game of the season, keeping things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out 13 over five innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive appearances.

Ferguson's strong effort led Thorndale over Chilton and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
