After losing to Broome the last time they met, West-Oak decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Warriors walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Centurions on Saturday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Warriors.

Emma Simpson paced West-Oak's offense, picking up 11 kills. Simpson got some help from Ashton Sosby and her 17 assists. Maddie Harmon controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

West-Oak's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Broome, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Coincidentally, West-Oak and Broome will both be playing James Island the next time they take the court. The Centurions will host the Trojans at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Warriors will play them later in the day, at 2:00 p.m.
