Volleyball Recap: Memorial Victorious

Memorial won the last time they faced Bath and things went their way on Thursday too. The Roughriders walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Wildcats. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Roughriders.

Memorial was especially dominant in the second set. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-13, 22-25, 25-20.

Memorial had a senior duo take command as Chloe Christopher had 13 digs and four aces and Elle Craft had 15 digs and three assists. Those 13 digs set a new season-high mark for Christopher.

Memorial was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 16 aces. That's the most aces they've posted since back in September of 2024.

Memorial's record is now 2-3. As for Bath, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Memorial will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against New Knoxville at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Bath, they will welcome Van Wert at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
