Volleyball Recap: Bad Axe Takes a Loss

Bad Axe was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Croswell-Lexington Pioneers. The Hatchets were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Pioneers apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Bad Axe's defeat dropped their record down to 23-13. As for Croswell-Lexington, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 22-23.

Coincidentally, Bad Axe and Croswell-Lexington will both be playing Sandusky the next time they take the court. The Hatchets will host the Wolves at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, while the Pioneers will play them later in the day, at 1:30 p.m.
