Baseball Recap: Souderton Comes Up Short

Souderton fell victim to Central Bucks West and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They fell just short of the Bucks by a score of 1-0. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Bucks this season, with their most recent loss being a 6-2 defeat on Tuesday.

Souderton has also been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-8-1 record this season. As for Central Bucks West, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 14-7.

Coming up, Souderton is taking a road trip to challenge Quakertown at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Central Bucks West does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
