Football Recap: South Pike Piles Up the Points Against Greenville Christian

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask South Pike). They blew past the Greenville Christian Saints, posting a 58-0 victory. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Eagles considering their 12-point performance the game before.

Dondra Turner Jr had an outrageously good game as he threw for 78 yards and three touchdowns on only seven passes, and also rushed for 42 yards and one TD. What's more, he racked up 123.8 passer rating, the most he's had since back in October of 2024. Micah Nickerson was in the mix too, providing South Pike with one score.

South Pike's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Greenville Christian, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.
