Basketball Recap: Pilot Station Comes Up Short at Home Against Russian Mission

Pilot Station unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They had to suffer through a 61-21 loss at the hands of the Russian Mission Brown Bears. The King Salmon just can't catch a break and have now endured six losses in a row dating back to last season.

Pilot Station lost on Wednesday despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Alfred Joseph, who posted 11 points.

The victory made it two in a row for Russian Mission and bumps their season record up to 3-1.

Pilot Station didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 58-20 defeat against Russian Mission on the 23rd. Russian Mission has also already played their next matchup, a 69-55 loss against Marshall on the 22nd.
