Independence has gone 4-0 against Washington recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Independence Patriots will head out to face off against the Washington Rams at 6:00 p.m.

Independence is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to six goals on Wednesday, they were much more limited against Youngker on Friday. They fell just short of the Roughriders by a score of 2-1.

Meanwhile, Washington waltzed into their game on Wednesday with eight straight wins... but they left with nine. They blew past the Fighting Lobos 4-1. The result was nothing new for the Rams, who have now won eight matchups by three goals or more so far this season.

Itzel De La Cruz Perez and Sherlyn Benitez Gutierrez scored all four of Washington's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 47 goals.

Washington pushed their record up to 9-1 with the victory, which was their sixth straight on the road. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 33 goals over those six contests. As for Independence, their loss dropped their record down to 12-4-1.

Independence took their win against Washington in their previous meeting back in January of 2024 by a conclusive 9-0. Will Independence repeat their success, or does Washington have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
