Volleyball Recap: Luck Comes Up Short

Luck lost against Prairie Farm back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Cardinals came up short against the Panthers, falling 3-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-9, 25-19.

Lily Carter paced Luck's offense, picking up three kills. Carter got some help from Laurel Craker and her five assists.

Among those leading the charge was Madalyn Larson, who had 15 assists and five digs. That's the most assists she has posted over her last four matches.

Luck's loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-22. As for Prairie Farm, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 19-10.

Luck wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against Clayton on the 13th. As for Prairie Farm, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Shell Lake on the 16th.
